1. May I place an order after the Order Deadline?
Yes! Please note however, placing your order by the deadline date will guarantee all prices and ensure the fastest delivery. Orders received after the deadline date are subject to a $5.00 late fee but are still available. Images/Photos are available to view and order for up to 1 year from the graduation date.

2. Can package be split between different images?
Yes, you may split your package prints over different images. When ordering prints online, after you order the package of prints, you will be given the opportunity to choose images for different prints and sizes. Please note that wallets must be ordered 8 at a time. and 5x7s must be ordered 2 at a time. We are not allowed to substitute different size prints in a package. Other options are to order several smaller packages or Ala Carte.

3. When will my order arrive?
To ensure fastest delivery, order today before the deadline date. Delivery time is usually 7 – 10 business days from the date submitted.

4. What if I am unsatisfied when I receive my order?
Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED! Simply return your order within 30 days with a note explaining why you are not satisfied whether you want a partial/full reprint or refund and you will receive a full refund or exchange within 10-14 days of receipt of your picture return.

5. My proof is too light or too dark. Can it be corrected?
The proof has not been color corrected, however the final prints will be lightened, darkened and color balanced as necessary. Prints are balanced to Kodak standards with an emphasis on facial tones.

6. My order is wrong or short. What should I do to get the order corrected?
Occasionally, mistakes do happen. We will do everything possible to correct or remedy the problem. If you received the wrong print, wrong pose or there is a problem with the print, please return the incorrect print to the return address on your print envelope along with a brief note of what is wrong and we will correct the problem quickly for you at no charge. Return only the incorrect prints, keep those prints that are correct. If your order is short, please email us at csr@campuscomposites.com, provide us with your Name, Phone#, Customer ID# or Order ID# and what we need to do to correct your order. We will respond to you quickly and make your order right.

7. How are prints cropped?
All images are automatically cropped from the bottom to fit the print size ordered. You can easily customize the crop on your images when ordering online.

8. Can I purchase my images in a High Resolution format? How does that work?
Yes, you have the option of purchasing One or All of Your images Online. At the end of the List of Packages, you can order your images in High Resolution. Order these images just like a package. Once you complete your order, you will receive an Order Receipt via email about 60 seconds after completing your order. Your images will be downloadable from your Receipt immediately.The Receipt will also include a Photo Copyright Release granting you permission to do as you wish with the Image.

9. I never received a proof, how can I order?
Please contact Customer Service by email at csr@campuscomposites.com. Please have the Student's name, Organization, e-mail address, and a phone number available and we will e-mail and or mail out an order form as soon as possible and your deadline will be extended.

10.What is Retouching and what is the Difference in Basic or Extensive Retouching?
BASIC Retouching- $15 evens out skin tones, minimizes/softens wrinkles and brightens teeth and eyes. Basic Retouching enhances and softens any skin imperfections but does not remove them entirely.

CUSTOM/EXTENSIVE Retouching can include removal of glasses glare, facial sheen/shine, severe acne, scar removal, stray hairs, braces removal, etc. Before ordering, Send an email to csr@campuscomposites.com, indicate your Name, Customer ID#, Image #(s) and what you want retouched and we will send you a quote. Average price is $25 per image. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact Customer Service at csr@campuscomposites.com, and we will respond asap.

11.How do I Make a "Comp Choice"?

  1. Go to www.campuscomposites.com (This is the same website where you Registered and Made your Composite Appointment)
  2. In the second box on the right that says "Make A Composite Choice Here" enter your Customer ID# (Find on your Email Proof) and your Last Name, click Submit
  3. Scroll through the images until you find the one that you want for your Composite pose / picture (Should be on Roll 00001, a Greenery Background (or Greyish background, whichever your Organization has chosen). Make sure your Comp Choice is in the center box with the thin red frame around it and hit submit.
  4. You will receive an email confirming your Composite Choice.
  5. Please Make your Composite Choice by the Comp Choice Deadline as indicated on your Proof Email form. Once your Composite Rep submits your Assembly Paperwork, Campus Composites will make choices for those who have not entered a Comp Choice, whether before or after the Comp Choice, even if it is before the Comp Choice Deadline. Please make your Composite Choice today.

12.How do I Make an Appointment to Have My Picture Taken?

Go To: www.campuscomposites.com

Click: Make a Composite Appointment (Middle Red Button)

Note-Wireless Connections in the Greek Houses are often diluted. If you have problems connecting, try using a computer/wireless connection on the OU Campus. If all else fails, come by the Campus Composite's office at 1123 Elm Ave and use the two workstations dedicated to Making Composite Appts and Composite Choices during Office Hours (Mon. thru Thurs., 10:00am to 5:00pm).

If you were on the Composite Last Year,


"Log In" (Enter the Email Address & Password you entered last year - DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN).


Then "Go To My Info" and make corrections to your information if needed.

Press: Submit

If you are a Pledge, New Associate, HSC Student or have Never Been on the Composite,

Click on "Register" - Enter your Email Address & Password (set by you)

Enter address (Home address where you live please), email address and phone numbers requested.

Then, Add Parent Address & Email info or you can do this when you come to the studio.

Please Be Sure to pick «Organization» as your Organization - Very Important

Press: Submit

EVERYONE:

Click on "Select New Appointment" (Use Drop Down to find desired Date and Appt Time)

Once your Appt time is selected and you enter Submit, Your Appointment Date and Time should show in the right hand corner in RED and you will receive a Confirmation email on your Appt Time.

Health Science Students

Shootings are sometimes held in Different Cities / Different Shooting Locations. Your Organization Contact will/has notified you about Shooting Dates and Shooting Locations.

13.What is the Difference in Pearlized/Deluxe and Matte/Standard Print Finishes?
Kodak Pearlized/Deluxe Paper has a unique metallic finish that enhances image quality. Pearlized paper is a glossy paper with higher contrast and color saturation producing a more vibrant print. Basic retouching is included.

Matte/Standard Paper is Kodak's most popular Lustre Matte Finish paper. Matte Finish is not glossy and resists fingerprints better.

14.How do I get my Customer ID#?
Your customer ID# is on the email that you received with a link to look at your proofs. Proofs are normally emailed 4-5 days after the last day of shooting. If you do not have or have not received a proof 1 week after shooting, first check your Spam Folder. If not there, use the contact tab to request for your proofs to be resent or request your customer id#.
